For reference: Height 5’2”, Bust 33” (28DD/30D), Waist 26.5”, Hips 36”, weight 110-113LB. The shirt is a lot longer than I would like, but that’s a typical issue I face (typically a length of around 22” is perfect. But I knew these measurements before I bought it).
This is an adorable little shirt. I usually wear an XS but ordered a S since they didn’t have the color I wanted in my usual size. I think I would fit the XS much better. I would say it seems to run true to size now/matches the measurements they provide. It seems they’ve fixed their sizing issue, as they mention they did in the description too.
The shirt is a crepe chiffony material. Very cute. Very decent quality. I would air dry, however. A tad sheer as to be expected. I would totally recommend and will order more.

This shirt is ADORABLE and really versatile. It looks great with skinny jeans or can be dressed up with leggings or pants. Looks great loose or can be tucked in to pants or a skirt. For me the sizing ran true. I am 5'5" 116lbs measurements 34-25-37 and ordered the small. If anything it runs a tad small compared to other styles I've ordered from Amazon. On me it fit perfect in the bust and arms. I LOVE the sleeves. That was the big selling point of this top. It's so unique and different the way it sort of crosses over your arm instead of being a straight sleeve. It has pleating at the bust and flows out slightly at the waist and hip. It's not super flowy which I really like. Sometimes this style top is too baggy and makes me look bigger than I am, but this top is loose yet still maintains an hourglass shape and shows off your curves. The color green wasn't see through and is a dark emerald color.
The one thing I will say is the style and cut of this shirt is not for everyone. I am very slim up top, I have a small bust and thin arms. I really like the way this style looked on me. My sister tried this shirt on and even though we are close in weight she has a bigger bust than me. She didn't like the way it made her look, because it emphasized her bust and arms. She would likely need a larger size to get the same look. I would suggest ordering based off your bust size because the shirt does not stretch and runs a little small in the upper body. The material is more ruff and cheaper feeling than I expected.
I love the length in the front and back but not the sides. The cut in on the sides of the shirt are cute, but when I raise my arms the shirt will raise to just above my pants on the sides. So if you will be moving your arms around a lot then this might not be the best shirt for you.
I like the shirt but I wouldn't buy it again unless it it was $10 since there are other shirts that are the same price as this one but better quality.

I purchased this shirt in the red, mint green/black trim, and the forest green colors. The forest green was sent to me with dark sweat stains in the underarm area and white deodorant markings all over the shirt. It was clearly worn with the person doing heavy, sweaty labor while wearing the shirt, Gross! The mint green shirt had three ink stains on the front. the red shirt was fine. Amazon needs to have better quality control. You can’t send your loyal Prime customers dirty, used clothes! You won’t be in business much longer if you keep this up!

I first ordered this blouse in the dark blue color and loved it! It fit well, was not see through, and the fabric felt nice and comfortable. I decided to order two more colors for work, but when they arrived I was REALLY disappointed. I'm returning them ASAP. I ordered the dark purple and ginger colors because I'm an elementary teacher and wanted bright colors to teach in. The fabric of these blouses was rough, with a crepe texture that's very scratchy (see photos).
And the ginger color was completely see-through. You can see in the picture that it's actually possible to read the symbols on the amazon bag through the fabric. I could never wear that in front of the kids, not even with a cami under it. The fabric was uncomfortable and just doesn't look nice in general.
If I could find out which colors come in the same smooth fabric as the dark blue shirt, I would love to buy more. But sadly there's no way to tell when you order them. It's a real shame.

However, the shoulders have these little shoulder pads in them, but the sleeves are far too flimsy to support the pads, and they end up flopping all over the place. The shoulder pads were also not sewed in symmetrically, and I'd rather not be walking around with crooked shoulders.
Additionally, it's made of a really scratchy itchy fabric, and had bits of threads sticking out of the seams. I wouldn't last one hour in this top.
On the plus side, it comes with an extra button.

In no version of reality is this product true to size; maybe I just got a defective one - who knows. I even ordered cautiously, the larger of the two sizes I usually stride (went for the XL), and it was quite tight, for a style too that should fit loosely. It is squarely a solid size too small; the arms even worse, very tight even despite the petal detail. The fabric is thin, scratchy, sheer, very cheap feeling. All around, not a keeper at all.

The fabric is very thin. Almost see through. That can be a pro or a con depending on whether it’s something you desire.

Low quality. Not worth money. (I wouldn’t even would would like this in my closet if it was free.) Would not purchase again. Not as expected. Fabric seems like it could fall apart easily.
Pros:
The color is pretty and as pictured. The shape is similar to what is pictured but it looks a lot nicer in the picture than in person.
My experience with this item:
My window for returning has closed. I would have returned this but didn’t have a chance to earlier. Now I’m out $20 and stuck with this shirt and I don’t know what to do with it. That’s annoying.
I had gotten this as a gift for my friend but once I saw it I knew it was too big. I had her try it on anyway. I didn’t tell her it was a gift so she wouldn’t feel bad about not liking it. As soon as she saw herself in the mirror I could tell she hated the top and I didn’t like it either. :/
If anyone has any advice on what I should do with this shirt, I’d appreciate it. It breaks my heart to just throw something away.

I initially bought the green version of this shirt and absolutely loved it. Then I bought the mustard yellow and was very disappointed. The fabric is scratchy, it’s very difficult to get the wrinkles out of this fabric, and the pleats in the center of the shirt are not the same as the green. There are more pleats on the green and it is more flattering, especially if you are more voluptuous. Buy the green, leave the yellow. Go Pack Go.

The material is gross. Also, if your hips are even an iota wider than your waist, the bottom of the shirt will be too tight. The cap sleeves are ugly. Kind of like a football jersey with those bulbous pads underneath. I ordered 2 sizes larger than normal because I read the fit ran small. Middle was loose and bottom was tight. Tip for seamstress: if you want a drape, you have to cut the bottom part of the shirt WIDER than the top portion. I don't normally leave reviews, I just read them, but this is cut and sewn so badly that I just couldn't help myself. I wasn't looking for much because this blouse already has poor reviews; was only buying to match other ladies on an event planning committee. Stay away from this shirt. It is not pretty.

I don't know how this has good reviews. I laughed when I took it out of the bag. It's literally made out of the same material they make graduation robes out of, and about as flattering as one.
