I love the shirts, but you need to be aware that a large in one pattern is not a large in another. Both of these shirts are larges and as you can see from the photos, the one on the buttom is a good bit bigger. I ordered the one on the bottom first and liked it but it was a bit too big. I decided to keep it and wash it thinking it might shrink. So I did, but didn't notice much shrinkage. I still liked it so I decided I'd buy another in a different pattern but this time get a medium. Well the medium came and it was too small. I figured that there must just be a big difference between their large and medium so I'll just exchange it for another large. I don't mind my shirts being a bit oversized when I'm wearing them with leggings. Well this large came and was the perfect fit! Yay! But now if I want to buy more patterns, it's going to be a 50/50 chance on whether I need the large or medium.

At 5’7”, it is always difficult to find clothing that is long enough in the length and sleeves,

The fabric is a heavy cotton flannel, not what I was looking for. This could be used as a jacket as it is quite warm.
The plaid was beautiful in the blue and red pattern.
Overall, this is a generous fitting garment in a heavy cotton flannel, just not what I was looking for.

Pros: length is good and material is thick.
Cons: shoulder width is on the tighter side for being bigger than expected and shirt is looser than preferred.

It can still work for an emergency clothes bag or laundry day but not an everyday shirt. So if shoulder width isn't usually a problem for you, maybe sizing down will give better results.

Also, for taller women with broader shoulders, these flannels were not flattering at all because the way they are cut in the shoulders, along with the pattern, makes the shoulders look even wider.

That being said, the material was quite comfy and heavy. The colors were nice and true to website. Don't know how they hold up in the wash, as I will be returning the two that I purchased.

I own several of these flannels. Love that they are long torso. The others are freat but this royal blue/black which is pretty is a lighter flimsy fabric. Because of this the fabric “rolls” onto itself. The button closures don’t lay right and the shirt gaps open when relaxed with no tension on it. The buttons undo themselves bc the fabric is so thin the button holes are to big now. The other ones I have navy/green, red/navy/black, pink, green/white all have thicker fabric.

I've worn my hubby's XL flannels that I swim in, so I figured the 2x would be really big- but not so much. Asian sizing I suppose-they really need to change up their sizing to fit Americans if they want us to buy their stuff.
Very disappointed, I will be returning it. I do not recommend this product.
If I kept it I would need to cut it up and completely reconstruct it- which pretty much defeats the purpose of buying a finished product.
